How To Install htppu on Fedora 36

Introduction

In this tutorial we learn how to install htppu on Fedora 36.

What is htppu

The URO modified Ping-Pong conversd, derived from WAMPES’ conversd by Dieter Deyke [email protected]. It is also used in the Internet for ham radio conversation groups.
