What is `gap-pkg-hapcryst`

This package is an add-on for Graham Ellis’ HAP package. HAPcryst implements some functions for crystallographic groups (namely OrbitStabilizer-type methods). It is also capable of calculating free resolutions for Bieberbach groups.

We can use yum or dnf to install gap-pkg-hapcryst on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install gap-pkg-hapcryst.
