Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install fail2ban-firewalld
using dnf

sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install fail2ban-firewalld
using yum

How To Uninstall fail2ban-firewalld on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the fail2ban-firewalld
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove fail2ban-firewalld
