How To Install devio on Fedora 36
Introduction

What is devio
devio is a command line utility intended to read and write on block devices. The primary difference between devio and other command line utilities, such as dd and cat, is that it is not stream based - it writes directly into the object rather than reading and writing a stream of data.
We can use yum or dnf to install devio on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install devio.
Install devio on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install devio using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install devio
Install devio on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install devio using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install devio
How To Uninstall devio on Fedora 36
