How To Install cups-x2go on Fedora 36
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install cups-x2go
on Fedora 36.
What is cups-x2go
X2Go is a server based computing environment with - session resuming - low bandwidth support - session brokerage support - client side mass storage mounting support - audio support - authentication by smartcard and USB stick CUPS backend for printing from X2Go.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install cups-x2go
on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install cups-x2go.
Install cups-x2go on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install cups-x2go
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install cups-x2go
Install cups-x2go on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install cups-x2go
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install cups-x2go
How To Uninstall cups-x2go on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the cups-x2go
package we can use the following command:
