What is coin-or-Cgl

The COIN-OR Cut Generation Library (Cgl) is a collection of cut generators that can be used with other COIN-OR packages that make use of cuts, such as, among others, the linear solver Clp or the mixed integer linear programming solvers Cbc or BCP.

We can use yum or dnf to install coin-or-Cgl on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install coin-or-Cgl.

Install coin-or-Cgl on Fedora 36 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install coin-or-Cgl using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install coin-or-Cgl

Install coin-or-Cgl on Fedora 36 Using yum

Update yum database with yum using the following command.

sudo yum makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install coin-or-Cgl using yum by running the following command:

How To Uninstall coin-or-Cgl on Fedora 36
