In this tutorial we learn how to install rnetclient on Fedora 34.

What is rnetclient

Rnetclient is a Free Software that can be used to submit the Brazilian Income Tax Report to the Brazilian Tax Authority (Receita Federal). It is the outcome of reverse-engineering ReceitaNet, the official and proprietary software that Receita Federal develops.

We can use yum or dnf to install rnetclient on Fedora 34. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install rnetclient.

Install rnetclient on Fedora 34 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install rnetclient using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install rnetclient

How To Uninstall rnetclient on Fedora 34

To uninstall only the rnetclient package we can use the following command:
