How To Install maatkit on Fedora 34
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install maatkit
on Fedora 34.
What is maatkit
This toolkit contains essential command-line utilities for MySQL, such as a table checksum tool and query profiler. It provides missing features such as checking slaves for data consistency, with emphasis on quality and scriptability.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install maatkit
on Fedora 34. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install maatkit.
Install maatkit on Fedora 34 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
The output should look something like this:

using dnf
by running the following command:
