In this tutorial we learn how to install libXaw on Fedora 34.

What is libXaw

Xaw is a widget set based on the X Toolkit Intrinsics (Xt) Library. libXaw 1.0.13 17.fc34 x86_64 202 k libXaw-1.0.13-17.fc34.src.rpm fedora X Athena Widget Set http MIT Xaw is a widget set based on the X Toolkit Intrinsics (Xt) Library.

We can use yum or dnf to install libXaw on Fedora 34. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install libXaw.

Install libXaw on Fedora 34 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install libXaw using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install libXaw
