In this tutorial we learn how to install krop on Fedora 34.

What is krop

Krop is a simple graphical tool to crop the pages of PDF files. A unique feature of krop is its ability to automatically split pages into subpages to fit the limited screen size of devices such as eReaders. This is particularly useful, if your eReader does not support convenient scrolling.

We can use yum or dnf to install krop on Fedora 34. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install krop.

Install krop on Fedora 34 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install krop using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install krop

How To Uninstall krop on Fedora 34
