What is ilbc

The codec is designed for narrow band speech and results in a payload bit rate of 13.33 kbit/s with an encoding frame length of 30 ms and 15.20 kbps with an encoding length of 20 ms. Install ilbc on Fedora 34 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install ilbc using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install ilbc
Install ilbc on Fedora 34 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.

How To Uninstall ilbc on Fedora 34
To uninstall only the ilbc package we can use the following command:
