Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

Metadata cache created.
After updating yum database, We can install html2wiki using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install html2wiki
Install html2wiki on Fedora 34 Using yum

How To Uninstall html2wiki on Fedora 34
