What is `getdp`

GetDP is an open source finite element solver using mixed elements to discretize de Rham-type complexes in one, two and three dimensions. Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

After updating yum database, We can install getdp using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install getdp
