sudo dnf makecache --refresh

Metadata cache created.
After updating yum database, We can install cm_rgb using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install cm_rgb

How To Uninstall cm_rgb on Fedora 34
To uninstall only the cm_rgb package we can use the following command:
