In this tutorial we learn how to install almanah on Fedora 34.

What is almanah

Almanah Diary is a small application to ease the management of an encrypted personal diary. It’s got good editing abilities, including text formatting and printing. Evolution tasks and appointments will be listed to ease the creation of diary entries related to them. At the same time, you can create diary entries using multiple events.

We can use yum or dnf to install almanah on Fedora 34. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install almanah.

Install almanah on Fedora 34 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install almanah using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install almanah

How To Uninstall almanah on Fedora 34
