How To Install minia on Debian 11

What is minia
minia is:
Short-read DNA sequence assembler based on a de Bruijn graph, capable of assembling a human genome on a desktop computer in a day.
The output of Minia is a set of contigs. Minia produces results of similar contiguity and accuracy to other de Bruijn assemblers (e.g. Velvet).
There are three methods to install minia on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install minia Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install minia using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install minia

After updating apt database, We can install minia using apt by running the following command:

Install minia Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
