How To Install gpaw on Debian 11

In this tutorial we learn how to install gpaw on Debian 11.
What is gpaw
gpaw is:
A density-functional theory (DFT) Python code based on the projector-augmented wave (PAW) method and the atomic simulation environment (ASE). It uses real-space uniform grids and multigrid methods, atom-centered basis-functions or plane-waves.
There are three methods to install gpaw on Debian 11. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install gpaw Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
