X2Go is a server based computing environment with - session resuming - low bandwidth support - session brokerage support - client side mass storage mounting support - client side printing support - audio support - authentication by smartcard and USB stick This package contains common files needed by the X2Go Server and the X2Go
We can use yum or dnf to install x2goserver-common on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install x2goserver-common.
Install x2goserver-common on CentOS 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install x2goserver-common using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install x2goserver-common
Install x2goserver-common on CentOS 8 Using yum
