What is utf8cpp-devel
Header files for utf8cpp. Features include - iterating through UTF-8 encoded strings - converting between UTF-8 and UTF-16/UTF-32 - detecting invalid UTF-8 sequences This project currently only contains header files, which can be found in the utf8cpp-devel package.
We can use yum or dnf to install utf8cpp-devel on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install utf8cpp-devel.
Install utf8cpp-devel on CentOS 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
