In this tutorial we learn how to install tinyfugue on CentOS 8.

What is tinyfugue

TinyFugue is the ubiquitous MUD/MOO/MUSH/MUCK/etc client for UNIX. This client allows you to interact with multiple worlds simultaneously, create command macros, and create hooks and triggers for automated responses to game messages.

We can use yum or dnf to install tinyfugue on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install tinyfugue.

Install tinyfugue on CentOS 8 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install tinyfugue using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install tinyfugue

How To Uninstall tinyfugue on CentOS 8
