How To Install texlive-luatexbase on CentOS 8

In this tutorial we learn how to install texlive-luatexbase on CentOS 8.
What is texlive-luatexbase
The bundle provides basic facilities for LuaTeX macro programmers, mostly resource allocation and convenience packages. Provided are luatexbase-cctb compatibility helpers; luatexbase-loader luatexbase-modutils callbacks extension; and luatexbase-regs registers and the like. In addition, the (unadorned) luatexbase package loads all the above in one fell swoop.
We can use yum or dnf to install texlive-luatexbase on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-luatexbase.
Install texlive-luatexbase on CentOS 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install texlive-luatexbase using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-luatexbase

How To Uninstall texlive-luatexbase on CentOS 8
To uninstall only the texlive-luatexbase package we can use the following command:
