What is texlive-fancybox
Provides variants of \fbox \Ovalbox, with helpful tools for using box macros and flexible verbatim macros. You can box mathematics, floats, center, flushleft, and flushright, lists, and pages.
We can use yum or dnf to install texlive-fancybox on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-fancybox.
Install texlive-fancybox on CentOS 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install texlive-fancybox using dnf by running the following command:

How To Uninstall texlive-fancybox on CentOS 8
To uninstall only the texlive-fancybox package we can use the following command:
