This package contains the fast integer version of the Lao script trained models for the Tesseract Open Source OCR Engine.
We can use yum or dnf to install tesseract-script-lao on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install tesseract-script-lao.
Install tesseract-script-lao on CentOS 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install tesseract-script-lao using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install tesseract-script-lao

How To Uninstall tesseract-script-lao on CentOS 8
To uninstall only the tesseract-script-lao package we can use the following command:
