What is samba-krb5-printing
If you need Kerberos for print jobs to a printer connection to cups via the SMB backend, then you need to install that package. It will allow cups to access the Kerberos credentials cache of the user issuing the print job.
We can use yum or dnf to install samba-krb5-printing on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install samba-krb5-printing.
