After updating yum database, We can install rpm-ostree-libs using dnf by running the following command:

How To Uninstall rpm-ostree-libs on CentOS 8

To uninstall only the rpm-ostree-libs package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove rpm-ostree-libs
