This package contains the ODBC (Open DataBase Connectivity) plugin for ROOT, that allows transparent access to any kind of database that supports the ODBC protocol.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

After updating yum database, We can install root-sql-odbc using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install root-sql-odbc

How To Uninstall root-sql-odbc on CentOS 8

To uninstall only the root-sql-odbc package we can use the following command:
