After updating yum database, We can install perl-ExtUtils-MM-Utils using dnf by running the following command:

How To Uninstall perl-ExtUtils-MM-Utils on CentOS 8

To uninstall only the perl-ExtUtils-MM-Utils package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove perl-ExtUtils-MM-Utils
