How To Install perl-Devel-Size on CentOS 8

perl-Devel-Size is Perl extension for finding the memory usage of Perl variables

Introduction

In this tutorial we learn how to install perl-Devel-Size on CentOS 8.

What is perl-Devel-Size

This module figures out the real sizes of Perl variables in bytes. Call functions with a reference to the variable you want the size of. If the variable is a plain scalar it returns the size of the scalar. If the variable is a hash or an array, use a reference when calling.

We can use yum or dnf to install perl-Devel-Size on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install perl-Devel-Size.
