How To Install nopaste on CentOS 8
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install nopaste on CentOS 8.
What is nopaste
This application lets you post text to pastebins from the command line. Pastebins (also known as nopaste sites) let you post text, usually code, for public viewing. They’re used a lot in IRC channels to show code that would normally be too long to give directly in the channel (hence the name nopaste).
We can use yum or dnf to install nopaste on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install nopaste.
Install nopaste on CentOS 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install nopaste using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install nopaste
Install nopaste on CentOS 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.

How To Uninstall nopaste on CentOS 8
To uninstall only the nopaste package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove nopaste

/usr/share/man/man1/nopaste.1.gz
