GeanyGenDoc is a plugin for Geany that aims to automatically generate documentation comment basis from the source code. You may also want to install the following packages which enable some extra features - Docutils (http rst2html – is needed to (re)generate the HTML manual.

or dnf
to install geany-plugins-geanygendoc
on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install geany-plugins-geanygendoc.
Install geany-plugins-geanygendoc on CentOS 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh

using dnf
by running the following command:

How To Uninstall geany-plugins-geanygendoc on CentOS 8
