How To Install freeradius-krb5 on CentOS 8

on CentOS 8.
What is freeradius-krb5
This plugin provides the Kerberos 5 support for the FreeRADIUS server project.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install freeradius-krb5
on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install freeradius-krb5.
Install freeradius-krb5 on CentOS 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install freeradius-krb5
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install freeradius-krb5
Install freeradius-krb5 on CentOS 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.

How To Uninstall freeradius-krb5 on CentOS 8
To uninstall only the freeradius-krb5
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove freeradius-krb5
freeradius-krb5 Package Contents on CentOS 8
/etc/raddb/mods-available/krb5
/usr/lib/.build-id
/usr/lib/.build-id/a2/366b07d8567bb685ed38c30dc86a854aea5d8b
/usr/lib64/freeradius/rlm_krb5.so
