What is evemu-libs

evemu base library, used by the evemu tools. evemu-libs 2.7.0 8.el8 x86_64 24 k evemu-2.7.0-8.el8.src.rpm appstream Event Device Query and Emulation Program Library http LGPLv3+ evemu base library, used by the evemu tools.

We can use yum or dnf to install evemu-libs on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install evemu-libs.

Install evemu-libs on CentOS 8 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

After updating yum database, We can install evemu-libs using dnf by running the following command:

sudo dnf -y install evemu-libs

How To Uninstall evemu-libs on CentOS 8

To uninstall only the evemu-libs package we can use the following command:

sudo dnf remove evemu-libs
