How To Install double-conversion-devel on CentOS 8

In this tutorial we learn how to install double-conversion-devel on CentOS 8.
What is double-conversion-devel
Contains header files for developing applications that use the double-conversion library. There is extensive documentation in src/double-conversion.h. Other examples can be found in test/cctest/test-conversions.cc.
We can use yum or dnf to install double-conversion-devel on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install double-conversion-devel.
Install double-conversion-devel on CentOS 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
The output should look something like this:

After updating yum database, We can install double-conversion-devel using dnf by running the following command:
