What is dbusmenu-qt5
This library provides a Qt5 implementation of the DBusMenu protocol. The DBusMenu protocol makes it possible for applications to export and import their menus over DBus.
We can use yum
or dnf
to install dbusmenu-qt5
on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install dbusmenu-qt5.
Install dbusmenu-qt5 on CentOS 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
