What is d-din-exp-fonts

D-DIN is a sans-serif typeface family derived from German DIN (Deutsches Institut fuer Normung / German Institute for Standardization) font style. This font was commissioned by Datto, Inc. from Monotype and is used for the company’s primary corporate typography. This package provides the expanded fonts variant.

We can use yum or dnf to install d-din-exp-fonts on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install d-din-exp-fonts.

Install d-din-exp-fonts on CentOS 8 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh
