Introduction

In this tutorial we learn how to install czmq on CentOS 8.

What is czmq

CZMQ has the following goals i) To wrap the \xd8MQ core API in semantics that are natural and lead to shorter, more readable applications. ii) To hide the differences between versions of \xd8MQ. iii) To provide a space for development of more sophisticated API semantics.

We can use yum or dnf to install czmq on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install czmq.
