Bacula is a set of programs that allow you to manage the backup, recovery, and verification of computer data across a network of different computers. It is based on a client/server architecture. This package contains files common to all Bacula daemons.

We can use yum or dnf to install bacula-common on CentOS 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install bacula-common.

Install bacula-common on CentOS 8 Using dnf

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.

sudo dnf makecache --refresh

How To Uninstall bacula-common on CentOS 8
