What is python-idna.noarch
A library to support the Internationalised Domain Names in Applications (IDNA) protocol as specified in RFC 5891 <http protocol is often referred to as “IDNA2008” and can produce different results from the earlier standard from 2003. The library is also intended to act as a suitable drop-in replacement for the “encodings.idna” module that comes with the Python standard library but currently only supports the older 2003 specification.
We can use yum
to install python-idna.noarch

Install python-idna.noarch on Amazon Linux 2 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install python-idna.noarch
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install python-idna.noarch
How To Uninstall python-idna.noarch on Amazon Linux 2
To uninstall only the python-idna.noarch
package we can use the following command:
sudo yum remove python-idna.noarch
