What is ntsysv.x86_64
Ntsysv provides a simple interface for setting which system services are started or stopped in various runlevels (instead of directly manipulating the numerous symbolic links in /etc/rc.d). Unless you specify a runlevel or runlevels on the command line (see the man page), ntsysv configures the current runlevel (5 if you’re using X).
We can use yum
to install ntsysv.x86_64

Install ntsysv.x86_64 on Amazon Linux 2 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install ntsysv.x86_64
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install ntsysv.x86_64
How To Uninstall ntsysv.x86_64 on Amazon Linux 2
To uninstall only the ntsysv.x86_64
package we can use the following command:
sudo yum remove ntsysv.x86_64
