What is guava.noarch
Guava is a suite of core and expanded libraries that include utility classes, Google’s collections, io classes, and much much more. This project is a complete packaging of all the Guava libraries into a single jar. Individual portions of Guava can be used by downloading the appropriate module and its dependencies.
We can use yum
to install guava.noarch
on Amazon Linux 2. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install guava.noarch.
Install guava.noarch on Amazon Linux 2 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install guava.noarch
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install guava.noarch
How To Uninstall guava.noarch on Amazon Linux 2
To uninstall only the guava.noarch
package we can use the following command:
sudo yum remove guava.noarch
