What is alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.x86_64
This plugin allows any program that uses the ALSA API to access a PulseAudio sound daemon. In other words, native ALSA applications can play and record sound across a network. There are two plugins in the suite, one for PCM and one for mixer control.

Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.x86_64
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.x86_64
How To Uninstall alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.x86_64 on Amazon Linux 2
To uninstall only the alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.x86_64
package we can use the following command:
sudo yum remove alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.x86_64
