How To Install zoomer on Debian 9

In this tutorial we learn how to install zoomer
on Debian 9.
What is zoomer
zoomer is:
Zoomer automatically generates a video from a picture. It starts at the full picture and then zooms into the first point. Then zooms out and into the next point, etc. At the moment of reaching a point, zoomer will write a text (e.g. a name).
Zoomer needs a picture (bigger is better) and a data file to define the points to be zoomed into.
There are three methods to install zoomer
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install zoomer Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install zoomer
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install zoomer
