How To Install vmm-doc on Debian 9

What is vmm-doc
vmm-doc is:
Virtual Mail Manager is a command-line tool for administrators/postmasters to manage (alias-)domains, accounts, aliases and relocated users. It is designed for Dovecot and Postfix with a PostgreSQL backend.
This package provides the documentation for vmm, as well as the VirtualMailManager API.
There are three methods to install vmm-doc on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
