How To Install ubuntu-fan on Ubuntu 18.04

ubuntu-fan is:
Install this package to enable the Ubuntu FAN network support.
FAN is an IP over IP tunnel protocol which does network range remapping.
This package contains the init scripts and example configuration for Ubuntu FAN.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install ubuntu-fan using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install ubuntu-fan
How To Uninstall ubuntu-fan on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the ubuntu-fan package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove ubuntu-fan

sudo apt-get -y autoremove ubuntu-fan
