How To Install subcommander on Ubuntu 18.04

Subcommander is a graphical client for Subversion which supports most Subversion features. Its tight integration of repository browser and working copy status allows one to switch quickly between these views. Subcommander also contains submerge, a visual diff and merge tool for text files.
This package contains the subcommander and submerge applications.
There are three methods to install subcommander on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install subcommander Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
