How To Install salmid on Debian 10

In this tutorial we learn how to install salmid
on Debian 10.
What is salmid
salmid is:
SalmID enables rapid confirmation of Salmonella spp. and subspp. from sequence data. This is done by checking taxonomic ID of single isolate samples. Currently only IDs Salmonella species and subspecies, and some common contaminants (Listeria, Escherichia).
There are three methods to install salmid
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Install salmid Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
