How To Install ruby-chronic on Ubuntu 18.04

What is ruby-chronic
ruby-chronic is:
Chronic is a natural language date/time parser written in pure Ruby.
Chronic can parse a huge variety of date and time formats. Parsing is case insensitive and will handle common abbreviations and misspellings.
There are three methods to install ruby-chronic
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude
