This package contains the sqlite plugin for ROOT. This plugin provides a thin client (interface) to sqlite servers. Using this client, one can obtain information from a sqlite database into the ROOT environment.

Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install root-sql-sqlite using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install root-sql-sqlite
Install root-sql-sqlite on Rocky Linux 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install root-sql-sqlite using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install root-sql-sqlite
How To Uninstall root-sql-sqlite on Rocky Linux 8
To uninstall only the root-sql-sqlite package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove root-sql-sqlite
