How To Install rocm-device-libs on Debian 12

What is rocm-device-libs
rocm-device-libs is:
Set of AMD specific device-side language runtime libraries, specifically: the Open Compute library controls, the Open Compute Math library, the Open Compute Kernel library, the OpenCL built-in library, the HIP built-in library, and the Heterogeneous Compute built-in library.
There are three methods to install rocm-device-libs on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install rocm-device-libs Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install rocm-device-libs using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
