How To Install rnbyc on Kali Linux

What is rnbyc

rnbyc is:

Rhonabwy JWK and JWT parser and generator

  • Generate and/or parse keys and output the result in a JWKS or a public/private pair of JWKS files.
  • Parse, decrypt, and/or verify signature of a JWT, using given key
  • Serialize a JWT, the JWT can be signed, encrypted or nested

There are three methods to install rnbyc on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install rnbyc Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install rnbyc using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install rnbyc

Install rnbyc Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install rnbyc using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt -y install rnbyc

Install rnbyc Using aptitude

sudo apt-get -y purge rnbyc
